Tomorrow (Saturday) evening, Ava “The Lady of Boxing” Knight (13-2-3, 5 KOs) of Chico, CA returns to action for the first time since November 13, 2014.

Knight, nicknamed “Destroyer of Mexicans” by the Mexican boxing fans, will look to continue her winning ways following her WBC challenging defeat to Ibeth Zamora in 2013.

The Destroyer of Mexicans name was derived from her KO win over Arely Mucino for the IBF, her IBF defense Decision win over Susana Vazquez, the highly regarded Unanimous Decision win against Mariana Juarez for the WBC title, a second win over Vazquez for the WBC Silver crown, the following defense victory against Linda Soto, along with her latest match and victory opposite Guadalupe Martinez for the WBC International title. Majority of her matches are now hosted in Mexico with a growing popular following.
