As part of a stacked All Star Boxing show of prospects, Saturday’s Battle of the Rising Stars will feature 4 rounds of Lightweight action with former National Amateur standouts, now professional enemies in Katonya “Hope” Fisher and “Lovely” Lisa Porter.

Fisher served up the first in a series of upsets on the memorable Joe Smith TKO of Andrzej Fonfara card on Premier Boxing Champions on NBC in Chicago. It was Fisher’s debut where she went right on attack in a slugfest, dealing an early and crowd shocking knockdown of local favorite and then undefeated Jessica McCaskill in her Split Decision victory.

Her opponent is fresh off of her debut in November, a decisive Unanimous Decision win over previously undefeated Haley Pasion. Porter was strategic with her jabs, setting up combinations that were unmatched by her opponent.

Look for a potential Fight of the Night in this #WomenofBoxing matchup at the Quiet Cannon Conference & Event Center, 901 Via San Clemente, Montebello, California 90640 on Saturday, January 21st.
