13718771_10208451293272060_1880451228463360588_nIn a country-women rematch, Erica “La Pantera” Farias (22-1, 10 KOs) will put her WBC Super Lightweight crown on the line against IBF Lightweight Champion Victoria “La Leona” Bustos (15-3) on Saturday at the Club Sportivo America in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina.

This will be the Farias’ first ring work since May of 2015, a hard-fought Unanimous Decision victory over previously undefeated Klara Svensson to capture the green and gold belt. She was also longtime holder of the WBC Lightweight title before losing it in her lone career loss, to Delfine Persoon in 2014.

Bustos has been riding a four match win streak that started with her finally defeating Natalia Vanesa del Valle Aguirre in their third matchup, in a defense of her IBF title. Bustos suffered her only other loss of her career in her first meeting with Farias.

Supplementing this Main Event is a Light Flyweight 4-Round matchup of Andrea Soledad Sanchez (2-0-1, 1 KO) and Laura Rosa Salazar (debut).
