The WBC International Super Flyweight title rematch from the controversial July 11, 2015 match took place Saturday at the Auditorio Municipal de Cabo San Lucas, Los Cabos, Mexico.
Mariana “Barbie” Juarez (41-8-3, 17 KOs) vs. Vanesa “La Negra” Taborda (8-4-1).
Again, cries of foul play are echoing loudly.
Following the hard fought 10 rounds, the scores read 96-94 Juarez, 96-94 Taborda, and 95-95.
In a sportsman-like manner, acting as how many fans and observers saw it, Juarez presented Taborda with her WBC belt and admitted that the recipient was the true winner.
