THE WBC JOINS NATIONAL SPORTS WEEK IN MEXICO
The World Boxing Council former world champion and now Federal Deputy in Mexico, Jackie Nava, is presenting an initiative, proposing that the first week of October be annually declared “National Sports Week in Mexico”.
Jackie Nava is a great, respected and recognized former WBC world champion and high performance athlete, who`s totally aware of the importance of incorporating sports in the daily life of Mexicans. She is working to implement strategies in order to fully encourage public and private resources to develop and boost the benefits of practicing sports Nationwide.
The World Boxing Council congratulates Jackie Nava for this important intitative and we proudly join the “Sports´National Week”.
