Utilizing her size and weight to her advantage, Jessica McCaskill (3-1, 2 KOs) clearly outpointed former WIBA champion Carla Torres (5-4) on Saturday Night.

Making her Warriors Boxing contract debut, Jessica McCaskill came out slugging, pushing Torres up onto the ropes and hammered away at the body and head. Torres struggled to slip out to mount much of a viable counter offensive.

McCaskill pressed forward, throughout the 4-round grueling affair, gaining that inside advantage and unloading with her powerful right hand. CasKilla kept her punch counts high in each of the 4 rounds, providing the clear advantage.

Official Scores: 39-37, 39-37, 39-37

While given the opportunity to be in the corner of the former champion, to gain an educational and informative experience, I give all credit to McCaskill for gunning out the decisive victory. I would like to thank Torres and her Manager, Brian Cohen, for giving me the opportunity to be a part of their team Saturday evening.
