Three time World Champion Kali “KO Mequinonoag” Reis (9-5-1, 4 KOs) returns home to to provide much excitement for her hometown fans on Friday, July 15th. The IBA/UBF/WBC Middleweight Champion will be in action at the Twin River Event Center in Lincoln, RI on the undercard for fellow UBF Champion Angel Camacho Jr’s defense of his International Light Heavyweight crown.
The championship active Reis will be squaring off against Althea “Lady Thunder” Saunders (3-2-2) of Atlantic City, NJ in a scheduled 8-round battle.
Saunders has been in a win drought for her last two bouts as well as being out of the scene since her Unanimous Decision loss to Aleksandra Magdziak-Lopes in June of 2015.
