On Saturday, July 16th, WBO and WIBF Super Featherweight Champion Ramona Kühne (24-1, 9 KOs) will put her belts and her six year, 9-bout winning streak on the line against Tunisia-born prospect, Ikram Kerwat (6-0, 5 KOs) at the Max Schmeling Halle in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin, Germany.

Kühne in nearly unstoppable, suffering only one loss in her career – over 6 years ago – at the hands of Ina Menzer. Since then, she became the first and only WBO champion in her weight division, while holding tight her WIBF strap. Undefeated prospects do not seem to threaten the long time champion. Kühne has handed Gina Chamie and Erika Kalderas their first defeats and by stoppage in early 2014 and last November respectfully.

In the opposing corner, Kerwat only made her professional debut in February of 2015 but is reeling from success. In April, she scored her sixth win and claimed the WBC International Lightweight title by an early TKO dominance of Gina Chamie.

Look for some heavy-hitting action in Germany on July 16th.
