Austrian Eva “The Golden Baby” Voraberger keeps adding to her nickname, with more gold and leather.
On September 26th, Voraberger (20-4, 10 KOs) scored a triple championship 8th round TKO victory over Teeraporn Pannimit (20-9, 5 KOs) of Thailand. The win added the International Boxing Organization (IBO) belt to her successfully defended Global Boxing Union (GBU) and Womens International Boxing Federation (WIBF) titles.
The win solidified her placement in the monthly fan-voting honors for top performer of the month and the fan spoke loud and clear.
With popular candidates and previous winner of #BotM honors, Voraberger’s TKO8 put her far above the competition, receiving nearly 50% of the #WomenofBoxing votes. Eclipsing the ever popular (4x #BotM winner – February 2013, August 2014, November 2014, February 2015) Amanda Serrano speaks volume on her value and place in top tier.
