WBC Champ Fatuma Zarika and Catherine Phiri are Closing in on the December 2nd Fight Night

KEEPING TRACK ZARIKA VS PHIRI

World Boxing Council super bantamweight champion Kenyan Fatuma Zarika will face former world champion Catherine Phiri of Zambia on December 2nd at Carnival Gardens, Nairobi, Kenya.

Phiri, a former bantamweight champion of the World Boxing Council, has had a great preparation. After losing her belt against Mexico`s Mariana Juarez, she is willing herself to be a world champion again but now, in the super bantamweight division.

Both fighters presented their 30-day weigh-in without major problem. Phiri has already presented all the required medical examinations. For her part, the champion must still present them.
