French Lightweight Estelle Mossely has entered the mix, leaving the amateur ranks and following the 2017 birth of her son.

Stepping within the professional ropes on Saturday at the Casino de Deauville, in Calvados, France, Mossely made her debut opposite Montenegro’s Aleksandra Vujovic (4-7-1, 2 KOs).

The 25 year old Mossely needed the opening rounds to get accustomed to the professional action and atmosphere but poured it on over the mid to later rounds to breeze to the career opening decision win.

Official Scores: 60-53, 60-53, 60-53

The 2016 Rio Olympic Gold Medalist hopes to soon challenge her amateur rival and now WBA and IBF Lightweight champion Katie Taylor.

Mossely defeated Taylor in 2016 World Amateur Championships in Astana Kazakhstan, 2-1 in their last meeting.
