In an early Flyweight bout on the Gervonta Davis vs. Hugo Ruiz Championship undercard, Mayweather Promotions’ Lady of Boxing Ava Knight (17-2-5, 5 KOs) of Chico, California suffered a cut above her left eye that forced an early end to her 8-Round matchup with Luna del Mar Torroba (12-9-3, 2 KOs) of Colombia.
The accidental clash of heads happened in the 3rd Round and was stopped only 30 seconds into the round. By California rules, the official result is a Technical Draw.
