In the first WBC Atomweight Championship contest, Tom Loeffler’s 360 Promotions put his female Australia import Louisa “Bang Bang Lulu” Hawton (8-2, 4 KOs) of into a #Superfly3 feature presentation at the Forum in Inglewood, California against Mexico’s “La Bonita” Brenda Flores (13-4-1, 2 KOs).

In a match broadcast on FB Live, Flores drew first blood in the 1st Round on this 102 lb war, pounding on Hawton’s grill at the end of the opening round causing the Australian’s nose to bleed.

Flores took advantage of accurate shots in early rounds as Hawton never stopped pushing forward in an action-packed 10-Rounds of championship boxing.

Official Scores: 97-93, 96-94, 93-97 – a Split Decision Victory for the 1st WBC Atomweight Champion… Flores!

“La Bonita” Flores becomes the 3rd boxer born in Tijuana, Mexico to win a world championship after Jackie Nava and Kenia Enriquez.

The very lean Flores has fought now within many divisions from Bantamweight down to now Atomweight. Her other championship matchup was in contesting for the interim WBA Light Flyweight title in December of last year, a Unanimous Decision defeat to countrywoman Silvia Torres.
