Delfine Persoon Featured in Non-Title Showcase Saturday
Current WBC Lightweight Champion, Delfine Persoon (33-1, 16 KOs), will demonstrate her brutal toughness in a stay-busy bout against Kenya’s Jane Kavulani (16-13-2, 6 KOs) in Persoon’s native country of Belgium on Saturday.
Persoon is setup to defend her title on November 11th against undefeated Maiva Hamadouche (8-0, 7 KOs) of France, so Saturday’s bout should be a good tuneup match.
This match is somewhat intriguing. Can Kavulani’s chin hold up to Persoon’s power?
