Jessica McCaskill, will defend her WBC super lightweight title against former champion, Érica “Pantera” Farías, in a keenly anticipated rematch, on Saturday, October 12 at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago.

In the first fight, last year, McCaskill (7-2 3 KOs) snatched the WBC crown from Farias (26-3 10 KOs) in the same arena. That night both warriors offered up a great fight, worthy of a rematch.

Farias is very motivated by the opportunity to recover her crown, and that is why she is undergoing her most grueling ever preparation.

“I am working hard, enjoying every day of training at a steady pace with awareness, discipline, commitment, and above all with much love. I want to be WBC champion again. I will get my belt back.
