Voraberger defeats Torroba in Austria

At the weekend, Austria`s Eva Voraberger defended her female World Boxing Council bantamweight Interim crown, when she defeated Colombian Luna del Mar Torroba by UD in the city of Deutschlandsberg, Austria.

Luna Torroba offered up an exciting fight, with her aggressive and always offensive style. On the other hand Voraberger showed excellent speed and technique to defeat a very game rival.

The scores were 96 to 94 on all the three Judges’ cards, underlining the victory to the Austrian fighter.
