Helen Joseph Starts Off a Busy August by Crushing Edina Kiss

The fighting pride of Nigeria, Helen “Iron Lady” Joseph (16-3-2, 10 KOs) flat out dominated Hungarian Edina Kiss over 6 Rounds of a technical boxing for the Unanimous Decision victory.

In the second Round, Joseph cracked with a right hook that dazed Kiss. Kiss crumpled to the canvas, holding that blistered left side of her face. Kiss was able to continue, but never seemed to amount much offense to the stronger Joseph.

Official Scores: 60-53, 60-53, 60-53

Joseph took the fight after Heather Hardy pulled out and Amanda Serrano apparently needed more time to prepare for the fight.

Next up for the “Iron Lady” is a spot on DiBella Entertainment’s Brooklyn Boxing show on August 29th at Foxwood Resort in Connecticut along with numerous other Team Empire Management stablemates. The opponent has not yet been announced.
