“Barby” Juarez facing a tough seventh defense

World Boxing Council Female bantamweight champion Mariana “Barby” Juarez defends her crown for the seventh time against the undefeated Eva Maria Naranjo on March 2 in Fresnillo, Zacatecas to be broadcast on the traditional ‘Saturday Box’ Televisa Deportes.

The fighter from Spain is represented by the Argentine multi-champion Sergio ‘Maravilla’ Martinez who will make the trip with Naranjo, because they are confident that victory will provide a tremendous boost to Spanish boxing.

The Spanish fighter has an unbeaten record of 12 wins without defeat and is preparing for a battle royal at the Solidarity Gymnasium of Fresnillo.

The duel between Juárez and Naranjo heads the card presented by Promociones del Pueblo with the support of Playboy México with all the facilities of the Municipal Government of Fresnillo.
