Carden Combat Sports and Smitty’s Mid-west Boxing Club brings championship boxing to the University Plaza Hotel with a quality womens boxing showcase.

Saturday’s female triple feature include two WIBA International championships on the line in “Always Ready go Rumble” in Springfield, Missouri.

In the main feature, Miranda “Lil Beastie” Adkins (4-0, 4 KOs) of Topeka, Kansas is scheduled to square off with Shania Ward (0-2) of Kansas City, MO for the WIBA International Light Flyweight Championship. Atkins’ motivation is Fight Like a Girl, donating proceeds to ovarian cancer research.

Co-feature sets up Alicia “White Lightening” Acero (2-0, 1 KO) of Highlandville, MO vs. Tatiana Williams (0-2) of Kansas City, MO for the WIBA International Featherweight Championship.

LesSandra “The Hammer” Franklin (1-1-1, 1 KO) of Springfield, MO takes on the pro debutting “Dangerous” Dani Bennett of Kansas City, MO.
