On Saturday, “Golden Girl” Mandy Cortis (2-0, 1 KO) makes her return to action, after a 3 year hiatus, taking on the debuting Sylwia Doligala of Poland by way of UK.

Prize Boxing Promotions to feature the Super Bantanweight 4 Round matchup of Cortis vs. Doligala at the Corradino Sports Pavilion in Paola, Malta.

Cortis debuted in late 2015, a 1st Round stoppage win over Melissa Harianto.

Six months later, she followed that up with a strong decision win over fellow Malta national Claire Ciantar.

A neck injury sidelined Cortis in 2018, but she “never stopped training”. Cortis cited, “Boxing is addictive.”

It’s time to shake any rust off for the 30 year old Cortis.
