WBC light flyweight champion Ibeth “Roca” Zamora is vowing she’s strong enough to go ten plus rounds against challenger, Japanese Mari Ando, or alternately triumph with a powerful ten count KO this Saturday in Metepec, Estado de México.
Ibeth, who has a record of 24 victories with 9 KO´s and 5 losses, acknowledged that this won’t be an easy fight as Mari is a former two times world champion. However, she promised to be victorious, fully confident of her two months training camp.
Her challenger, Mari Ando, through a translator commented she’s carefully assessed Ibeth’s style, as she’s seen tapes of her.
