In HBO Boxing’s final telecast on Saturday, Unified Middleweight Champion Claressa Shields (7-0, 2 KOs) opens the broadcast by defending her WBC, WBA, and IBF titles against current WBO Super Middleweight Champion Femke Hermans (9-1, 3 KOs).

A common opponent between these two was Nikki Adler, who took consecutive losses to these two. Shields snatched up the WBC Super Middleweight Championship from Adler in August of 2017. In what was to be Adler’s rebound win in May of this year, Hermans took the Unanimous Decision triumph to claim the vacant WBO Super Middleweight title.

Does Hermans possess skill set to compete against the destined Pound for Pound #1? Tune in to HBO Boxing After Dark at 10:20 p.m. ET/PT to catch this championship matchup.

Official Weights:
Claressa Shields – 159.2 lbs
Femke Hermans – 157 lbs
