Weights Achieved for Friday’s Marcela Acuña IBF Title Challenge from Shannon O’Connell

IBF Super Bantamweight Champion Marcela Acuña (45-6-1, 19 KOs) of Buenos Aires, Argentina, will entertain her hometown fans on Friday with a challenge by Australia’s WBC Silver champion Shannon O’Connell (15-4-1, 7 KOs).
This will be Acuña’s first defense of the title she won in December via a 10th Round KO of Yesica Marcos.
Both the champion and challenger weighed in under the 122 lb/55.3 kg limit:
Marcela Acuña – 121½ lb/55.1 kg
Shannon O’Connell – 121¼ lb/55.0 kg
