Guadalupe “Lupita” Martínez is ready to defend her WBC super flyweight for the fifth time, on this occasion against Debani Balderas, in Tulum, Quintana Roo.
It’s the main event of “Mayan Codex” on December 14 at the Tulum Sports Unit.
With a record of 19-9, six KO´s, Champion is determined to further secure crown she conquered on May 13, 2017 and that she already successfully defended, by defeating Carlota Santos, Irma García, Yulihan Luna and Yéssica “Kika” Chávez .
Debani Balderas (10-3-2, 3 KO’s) comes from a defeat against Diana Laura Fernández in September. So it’s imperative for her to return to the path of victory, trying win the most important fight of her career.
This contest is part of the event presented by “Cancun Boxing”, “Promociones del Pueblo” and “Boxing Time Promotions”.
