Hannah Rankin gets a well deserved homecoming bout to start the year off, after traveling abroad to challenge for world championships and help in championship camps.

Back on home soil, in Scotland, Rankin (5-3, 1 KO) will be back on display for her promoter, Kynoch Boxing Scotland, on the Burns Supper show at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Glasgow.

She last competed at that venue in her 5th professional bout, a sensational stoppage of Klaudia Vigh on January 26th of this year.

Almost a year to the date, she returns to Glasgow to entertain the challenge of the experienced Serbian Eva Bajic (14-15, 9 KOs) in an 8 Round matchup.

Bajic is a former IBF Welterweight Champion so will be a good experience bout for Rankin.

This will also be at Rankin’s most comfortable Super Welterweight division since challenging WBA Super Middleweight Champion Alicia Napoleon in New York in August and WBA and IBF Middleweight Champion Claressa Shields in Kansas in November.
