With a bitter taste in her mouth from her 2012 London Olympic Semi-final defeat on her biggest stage so far, Nigerian Edith Agu-Ogoke is finally set to make her professional debut tonight (Friday) on Second 2 None Promotions show at DeCarlo’s Convention Center in Warren, MI.

Agu-Ogoke made national history when she represented Nigeria in the first ever Olympic Games women’s boxing tournament. She also competed in the 2014 Commonwealth Games (taking home the Bronze medal), and won gold at the African Games in 2015.

Patiently awaiting opportunities to make that professional debut, Agu-Ogoke had numerous opponents fall off of separate shows since last Fall.

Finally, that time has come! Fellow debuting professional Kiara Marquez of Detroit accepted the challenge in this 4-Round Debut Battle.

Marquez – 150.2 lb
