WBC Light Flyweight Silver Champion Seniesa “Superbad” Estrada (15-0, 5 KOs) looks to take another step forward towards World Championship gold on Saturday at the Auditorio Municipal in Tijuana, Mexico.
After stopping title challenger Debora Rengifo for the WBC Silver in November, eyes are really focused on Estrada and that next step and potential global dominance.
Saturday’s Matchroom Boxing, Promociones Zanfer, and Paco Presents co-promoted show will match Estrada in a 10 Round bout with Venezuela’s slugger Yenifer Leon (9-1, 6 KOs).
Leon’s last test was unsuccessful, an August decision defeat to Anabel Ortiz and her WBA Minimumweight Championship.
Seeing as how Leon’s KOs were against untested opposition, look for Estrada to dominate the 10 Round affair.
Saturday’s show will be streamed live on DAZN app starting at 7pm ET.
