Four menacing rounds is all it took for Tiara “The Dark Menace” Brown (7-0, 5 KOs) to put former IBF Featherweight Champion Dahiana Santana (36-11, 15 KOs) out of their scheduled 8 Round matchup on Saturday.
At the A.C. Jordan Arena at Bowie State University in Bowie, MD on Shabazz Brotherz Promotions show, Brown may have put on her best display of her young career and against her toughest opponent to date.
The Dark Menace knocked around the former champion from Dominican Republic for 8 minutes before Santana called it quits on the stool.
Brown was unloading with swift jabs proceeding with stiffing straight rights to Santana’s grill. Brown’s body work, especially the gut wrenching hooks to the midsection sent Santana to the dressing room earlier than expected.
The former champion kept pressing forward but could not keep up with the youth of Brown.
