After the thrilling and gripping fight of World Boxing Council female light flyweight champion, Esmeralda Moreno, and challenge Yesenia Gómez, in May, they`re looking to land a decider!

In that match, after ten roaring close scoring rounds, the tallies were: 95-95, 93-97 and 95-95, with “Joya” Moreno successfully conserving her WBC crown, leaving open the possibility of a second concluding thriller.

“We are already working with Oswaldo Kuchle. It could be September 22 in Cancun. What better than this expected tiebreaker between these great fighters during the Mexican national month,” said Pepe Gómez, Cancun Boxing promoter.

“A few months ago, the fight ended in a draw. Neither of the two were satisfied. So come September there will be big cards worldwide involving Mexicans and this could be one of them, with two brilliant exponents of Mexican women’s boxing.”
