Ewa not kidding! Piatkowska expects tough WBC crown defence
World Boxing Council super welterweight female champion Ewa Piatkowska `Poland (10-1-0, 4 KO’S) will defend her crown against tough Swedish fighter Maria Lindberg (16-3-2, 9 KO’S) this Friday at the Stadion Narodowy of Warsaw, Poland.
Piatowska comes from winning the welterweight crown by defeating his compatriot Aleksandra Magdziak Lopes in September of last year.
Lindberg reaches this point, with a four round KO of Lela Terashvili, in Germany last March.
